St Coletta of Wisconsin has an excellent opportunity for a full time Associate Residential Director!
Summary:
Under general supervision, this position provides for the day-to-day operation of the residential program by providing leadership and oversight in the areas of new hire on-boarding and training, scheduling, quality assurance and branding, supervision of direct support aides, and budget/overtime compliance.
Serves as primary backup to the Regional Director of Jefferson Residential.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Through oversight of the on-the-job training program and scheduling, ensures trained and adequate staff for the residential department.
Ensures the competency, training, and promotion process is conducted.
Understands departmental budgeting and assists the Regional Director of Jefferson Residential with budget formulation.
Ensures services are provided within CARF standards, funding source and licensing agency requirements, and organizational policy and procedures.
Completes documentation, data entry, and written reports in a timely manner in accordance with organizational deadlines.
Acts as a secondary to the Regional Director of Jefferson Residential and acts as director during absence.
Identifies and executes change and innovation among residential operations in the areas of quality assurance corrective action plans and brand delivery.
Ensures services are provided in accordance with CARF standards, funding sources, licensing agency requirements, and organizations policy.
Offers both direct and indirect support to the daily operational needs of Jefferson Residential May be responsible for an assigned home.
Supports on-call requirements within his/her region.
Agency
Responsibilities:
Supports the strategic planning process and may assist in developing the initiatives to achieve the overall mission of the organization.
Participates in organizational and departmental committees, as appropriate.
Adheres to all St.
Coletta organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Supervises Residential Manager staff in the absence of the Regional Director of Jefferson Residential Requirements:
Post secondary education in a related field is preferred but not required Prior experience in Management Strong organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to maintain a work schedule that allows for visibility in assigned areas where persons served and employees are present Strong interpersonal and communication skills A desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Valid regular WI drivers license and driving record that meets St.
